I lost all my extra weight after pregnancy by using a diet that was based on what some call Natural Hygiene which is food combining. It was Fit For Life By Diamond. The only new information not in the book is about using Organic foods instead of Genetically Modified Organisms and those with Pesticide Sprays in them. Which I always recommend we do.
