But since the mandates have so many errors in law and logic, it is a win.
Could this decision be setting up ever more draconian mandates for the upcoming "pandemic?" Yes, it very well could be, but at some point this all falls apart badly.

I was thinking the same thing. the most positive aspect of the ruling in my opinion is stating the injections don't prevent infection.
