Hi, I believe that in addition to the legal actions, medical support etc, there is a need to start creating new institutions independent of both government and the coroporate world. Aside from both mediating and holding to account those two, they would put many functions directly in the hands of the people - and they are already beginning in terms of crowdfunding, homeschooling, new independent medical networks being created, independent means of exchange and more. However, for this to develop to the needed level there needs to be a more developed conceptual framework regarding how they work, how they begin gradually to get better funding, what there right relationship is to existing institutions, and much more.
