I guess it happened over a year ago and the case was dismissed because they ruled the guards were doing their jobs. The criminality here is the insane masking rule.

I understand but apparently the court ruled they did their jobs appropriately. The issue is with the masking requirement and the hospital policies about coercion. The masks do nothing as we know so why are their enforcement laws? This sister has standing to claim her sister was killed because the state has improper laws. That could create systems change.

Right but the court ruled it was not murder. They enforced a mask mandate and used force that apparently is allowed under Canadian law.

They SAW it via the cameras and - what? - remotely moved them away from the scene of the murder? Yes. That's what it looks like. Their "jobs" cannot be to kill people on the spot for non-compliance. Please tell me this is not happening. This cannot be happening!
