What's it called when a government repurposes its 'defensive' bioterror defense agencies and uses them for an 'offensive' attack on it's own civilians? We've suffered a bioterror attack at the hands of our own government's the world over. Why don't we just drop the pretense and fancy language of "mass induced fear" and call it what it's been? We were terrorized. With a biological agent of some kind. Man-made or naturally occurring is a meaningless distinction. Real or pretend is a meaningless distinction. It was the *threat* of a biological agent that was weaponized and, used to terrorize civilians all over the world. "Mass induced fear" of? Try bioterrorized!
