The Coronavirus research is publicly observable in Ralph Baric's work at UNC Chapel Hill. The Chinese were subcontractors (see RFK Jr.'s "The Real Anthony Fauci") with obligatory PLA involvement. The corruption of the WHO "investigation" is, as we say, "multifactorial."
We will never get to look at the US Army Biowarfare Lab notebooks from Fort Detrick nor the PLA documentation.
