Priorities? NYPD arrested multiple vaccine mandate protesters in Times Square Olive Garden but failed to stop convicted felon shoving woman, 40, to her death just yards away in subway station

• Three men and one woman were arrested after staging a sit-in at the Times Square Olive Garden

• They were among a group of people protesting New York City's vaccine mandate for indoor dining

• The protesters are now expected to be charged with trespassing for the Friday evening incident

• Just 11 hours later, a homeless man pushed a woman onto the subway tracks at the Times Square station 

• NYPD arrested Simon Martial, 61, and charged him with second-degree murder

• The victim was identified as Michelle Alyssa Go, 40, from the Upper West Side in Manhattan

• The police found the woman lying on the tracks, unconscious with trauma to her body 

• Martial has a previous criminal record and served two years in state prison for robbery before being released in August 2021
