My working assumption is that negative ETS have been influencing the game invisibly for a while and it is far more likely that as we step into our sovereignty, we will receive more support from Source-Aligned, uplifting ETs who wish to help humanity without slicing open our chrysalis or interfering with the prime directive, etc, as a general rule of thumb for benevolent beings from elsewhere.

I keep in mind that there is likely a creative intelligence beyond within running the show.. with that awareness neg entities - tricksters are less effective at fear anchoring often giving away what defects you need to work on to cancel contracts and become healthier.
Beings seek energy attention and some form of relationship.. neg entities shapeshift to familiar forms and then diminish when engaged with love. However 3D organic portals, cause stalkers and military order, secret society types consciously or subconsciously align with the fear based attacks of neg entities. Self-awareness, recovery, responsibility and service to others are great self-defense practices.
Those with inverse intent wish to hijack the narrative to make us fearful of ETs. So I say, trust your heart and in general, assume the best but keep your discernment on when meeting anyone new, human, ET, animal or etheric.
