I come from a generation that survived just fine (much better) without all the tech bullshit! It may hurt for a little while but you will get use to it! It's a beautiful thing. Will give you more time to spend with the family!
the advantage of having lived long enough to have experienced both is that we do not fear.... we have the knowledge and know how to adapt. We are not dependent on technology. Not saying that abrupt withdrawal of tech would not be chaotic, dangerous, upsetting, and so forth.... but it does not have to be the "end of the world."
100%, I still write checks and read from a book! The powers who control this infrastructure ought to think twice about shutting down the grid since it will significantly impact them. The question is, how long will a shutdown last?
Precisely. There's an incredible lightness of being once you accept that birth and death in this world are only mileposts on a much longer path. You can enjoy each day for the gift that it is and you no longer fear. Fear is the tool they have to use against you, it's the only tool of consequence. Without fear they are the very definition of impotent.
Look at the crowd at Trump's PA rally. They had no fear. Only love for one another, genuine empathy and concern for a brighter future. True power is found in community, neighbors helping neighbors does not require Internet or electricity. How much worse could that day have gone if everyone lost their minds and chaos erupted? Instead they helped each other and prayed. I truly believe God intervened that day.
I know my place in humanity and that there's a better place on the other side of death. That is a place where so many souls I love and cherish have gone and I look forward to the day when called to spend eternity with them. Until then I will love the people here, enjoy the spoils of being an awake human in a beautiful place where I can still see glorious sunrises, eat good food and drink good whisky.
Amen Paul! Fear is the enemy, Fear is the Devil! I chose not to live in fear but steadfast in my faith in Jesus Christ! I pray for my enemies and hope that they see the light because they do not know what they are doing!
I too am assured of my eternal future. The principles involved here revolve around our individual and corporate responsibility to care for, or steward, our world, as contrasted with our tendency to subjugate our trust in our great God while we worry about or fear what might happen without His ultimate control over the universe He created. Trust vs worry (which may instead be healthy concern) is the issue. The distinction is not always clear-cut, and not always a single-variable situation. It is perhaps more difficult to express nuances in this area, especially withing the confines of Internet chat postings! (I mean, who is willing to thoughtfully consider, when points are awarded for snappy put-downs?)
Can’t wait. Probably around the same generation as you.
My boys are banned from tik tok, FB, Twit(ter) etc & are limited to 1 hour of tech a day.
I only use the net for catching up with friends (real earned ones), research & wading through the more learned /awake substacks etc.
Apart from that we are awakened, connected to consciousness, love each so much, get out of the house often, practice that very unusual art of common sense, eat real food, naturally healthy & treated, no fear & non compliant - we should do just fine without it too.
Smart man Max; keep up the good work of parenting you kids! Looking back, I really appreciate the era that I grew up in 70's, 80's and early 90's. The internet and tech has destroyed society!
CBDC’s, internet crash, no cash, food system hijacked, fuel sources dry up, Southern Border operatives initiated, you’re flucked. Hope you’re prepared people

well, let me ask you this: how long did the toilet paper shortage of 2020 last?
It will be shut down long enough to cause panic and further traumatize the controllable people who live in fear.
It will Impact the people who live in this "World"; as a Christian I do not live in this "World" John 17:9-19

Maybe it will panic them. Maybe not.
In 2003 there was a blackout on the east coast of the US in the summer. Lasted up to five days. No power. Blazing hot.
You know what? People survived. They figured it out.

It won't be the end of the world.

Same here, good times.
Its the algorithms & tech behind those techs that make it so destructive to so many. Just keep your vibrations higher & it won’t affect you.
I am thankful that I had my boys at an older age with a bit more history & awareness behind me.
Stay fit & strong.
