From a monetary perspective (maintaining wealth), you’ll want to look at real assets: gold, land, etc.) Beyond that, you’ll want to alleviate your dependence on the system. The more you can do for yourself (think Maslow’s hierarchy of needs), the less power they have over you. The power of the People and the power of governments is an inverse function. They depend on your dependence to survive.

Don’t give it to them. Stop paying corporations that hate you. Buy from farmers and mom and pop shops. Network locally and online. Prepare solutions to any issues they can throw at you, from electricity, to water, to food, to income, to market crashes & depressions. Expand your skill base. And if all else fails, make sure you have that gun.

...a death on your feet is better than a life on your knees. More than anything, retain hope & belief. Not all of us will end up on the other side of this, flourishing and victorious, but some of us ultimately will. You’ve been blessed with an interesting life and enemies that deserve everything coming to them. Enjoy.
