From what I read about Tesla and Spacex, both were almost entirely funded by government contracts and subsidies, without which both would have gone bankrupt or never have even been started. Tesla is still only surviving on government subsidies, and has yet to turn a profit.
You need friends in high places to get those juicy government contracts and subsidies.
Most if not all social media and high tech companies are government subsidiaries or 'public-private partnerships' in true fascist style.
Our nation's corporate structure has been fascist for decades, most simply weren't aware of it.
In fact, dear Mr. Limbaugh's role, or one of them, was to get freedom-loving conservatives to buy in using his "corporations are people too" schtick!
He was also a big advocated of the *FTAs that sent our manufacturing packing. HIs position was that at some point the rest of the world would serve us superior Americans in our service economy and we'd all become the richest people in the world.
To this day I still have no idea whether they merely capitalized on his own stupidity, ego, and extreme narcisism, or whether he was willfully in on it all. I suspect the former, but who knows.
I knew that something was up when in the '90s he ranted and raved on one show about "the EIB Network being the Network of the Trilateralists." I searched high and low for a replay of that show so that I could record it. Alas ...
It was eerily funny too, because he went to commercial break on THAT notice after bragging about being invited to their "super secret meeting." He was incredibly subdued following that break and never uttered another word. ... Would absolutely have LOVED to have been a fly on the wall for that phone conversation during the break. LOL
That sounds like a great show to have a recording of, and why it can no longer be found? The Trilateralists made sure to cover up that track. That's why I always download or record any interesting videos like that since they may disappear later.
