The way I look at it is 1.) the deep state will cheat with the machines (the Dominion machines), which are controlled to flip votes with the software built into the machines (easy to program variables into the software to do this; what the public has to realize is that 98% of Cybersecurity breaches occur through what is called Social Engineering which is done by way of physical access to the machine's software. 2.)
