Just curious. Were the products you received actually “PetMectin” or were they “Iverhuman-12” which is what I received?
I came across 3 different pages posted by TGA (Therapeutic Goods Admin. Of Australia). One is tga.gov.au/news/media-r… I can’t find the other two pages at the moment, but had gleaned a list of several products manufactur…

I came across 3 different pages posted by TGA (Therapeutic Goods Admin. Of Australia). One is https://www.tga.gov.au/news/media-releases/tga-cautions-consumers-over-counterfeit-ivermectin I can’t find the other two pages at the moment, but had gleaned a list of several products manufactured in India that they claimed tested at less than full strength (Iverhuman-12 was one of those).
I actually emailed my concerns to Dr. Makis who just this AM responded to me that TGA put out fraudulent press releases about this - even said that bribes had been paid to smear Ivermectin. Doesn’t surprise me that this could have happened, but it still leaves an unsettling feeling about ivermectin products made in India (or anywhere for that matter) and whether they contain the amounts they claim to contain. A pharmacist friend confirmed that that can definitely happen. I have read other articles cautioning people to “do their own research” about various products. And even research papers that discussed this happening, though in those cases they didn’t not name the brands tested.
Sadly, whenever there is a demand for something our government refuses to freely make available here, there will always be scammers or those whose manufacturing processes are sub-standard trying to take advantage. Now I’m not sure what to think of some of the named products:(
Frustrating at best!
One thing I found helpful is a listing of WHO-GMP certified manufacturers in India, whose standards have to be up to certification requirements. The list is miles long but with some digging I did locate a few companies I was interested in. I will try to locate the site angain and post it here.
I was sent Ivertul-12. It is stamped “only for export”. Manufactured by tuli enterprise in India. They have a website that I haven’t checked yet. Tulienterprise dot com.
