Important to note: Lupus can have “flare ups”, “episodes” where symptoms are worse and then dissipate (but NOT disappear), I was on pain medications and lethargic even when no flare up was present! If I did ANY strenuous activity OR had high stress, a flare up would follow. I went with constant flare ups and then was in a continuous one for months, this led to my research! I was in a dark place and could not have waited for the further “specialist” help offered (6 months waiting list)! To go this length of time, kayaking/hiking and high stress job (mental health case manager), high stress home life (mum has alzheimers, brother has complex mental health diagnosis, I am their guardian and power of attorney) without a single pain killer or flare up, is a HUGE difference and turn around!! To be fully energised and fully functioning brain (no brain fog, a symptom), is AMAZING!!

Apologies for bombardment, last one I promise 😆, I was left resistant to antibiotics!!! When every cut/abrasion turns to full blown infection, this is extremely threatening!! I have had cuts/abrasions since Fenbendazole, they HEAL NORMALLY NOW!!!!!

Absolutely!! If I can help even 1 person, it could be so valuable to them! In a world where we have to hunt for help (WTAF), your posts are a fantastic way to get the info out there!!! Keep up the good work 🤝🫶
