No no no. Congress never repealed any of the bill of rights, my friend. Allow me to set the record straight. The 13th amendment that abolished slavery, and the 14th amendment that re-I slacked the plantation slaves as public slaves and every single amendment thereafter are amendments to a different Constitution. Are you aware that there are three Constitutions? For sure you have heard of at least two. Ever heard of the organic Constitution “for” the “united” States of America first ratified in ---1776. It is the Constitution “of “ the United States of America Inc. chartered out of a Scotland and published to the world in 1868 that they have been emending ever since the civil war. It was a secret copycat Constitution no better than the Constitution of the American Bar Association. Write to the corresponding government agency of Scotland and ask for a copy of the charter of their Scottish United States of America, Inc circa 1868. Write to England and ask for a copy of the charter for the British version of the United States Trading company and the United States of America Trading company previously known as the Virginia company. Get a clue folks! We have been had. There are three versions of United States and three versions of the United States of America. One set is incorporated by the Holy See, one by the English Protestant King, and the other one is the unincorporated American version which is pending reconstruction since the infamous civil war. Think of the War independence resulting in treaties that led to power sharing of investment interests= three parties. One Holy See, one British King, and one is American. They rule by executive order because they are ruling themselves. The Constitution allows them to rule themselves as they see fit without any restraint by the Constitution.
