I have never heard of it but did a search. From what I understand it probably stems from serfs having feudal obligation to a superior landlord which was very common in Europe. Is that correct? What really needs to happen is we all need to band together and sue our government for the all the uncontitutional taxes they have been collecting. However, that would be a massive undertaking.
As citizens of a common law based jurisdiction, we have the right to come together in our local communities and convene a common law court in full lawful legitimacy. We are capable of judging and sentencing any person, business or organization fairly regardless of the status they hold in society.
