For chronic fatigue, check out the work of Dr Derrick Lonsdale, formerly of Cleveland Clinic. He researched vitamin B1 deficiency and how it can cause chronic fatigue. The website is Hormones Matter. Specifically search for Thiamine deficiency on that website.

Thank you. I do appreciate your help, but I'm afraid high dose B1 hasn't done anything noticeable. But I will still check out that website. When I have the $ I'd like to see Dr. Deitrich Klinghardt. I have undiagnosed lyme disease on top of everything else, which makes me a complicated case.
Ivermectin is a great treatment for lyme. I'm using it daily. A more absorbable form of B1 is Benfotiamine. The idea is to start low and build dose, as the Lonsdale website explains. I can give you more details, if you can contact me privately.
Yes! Dr. Klinghardt recommends Ivermectin for lyme disease.
I have been taking the Benfotiamine kind of B1. I have been told that the surface tension on my cell membranes is very high, so nutrients have a hard time getting in and waste products have a hard time getting out of the cell. I am reading what Dr. Lonsdale has to say on the subject. Thanks again!
