A new criminal investigation and prosecution in Florida has been initiated by lawyer Rachel L. T. Rodriquez of the VIRES LAW GROUP. The submitted request to Florida AG Ashley Moody in part reads:
The Accused include, at a minimum: Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birx, Cliff Lane, Francis Collins, Rochelle Walensky, Hospital Administrators of various hospital systems throughout Florida, and Stephen Hahn, and those colluding with them in Florida. The most applicable charge against the Accused according to available evidence is Second Degree Murder while Committing or Attempting to Commit Acts of Terrorism pursuant to Fl. Stat. §782.04(5)(b); Fl. Stat. §782.04(3)(r).

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT:
There is an age-old idiom, “Can’t see the forest for the trees”. In this case of the Covid-19 pandemic in which we are all immersed, it is difficult for many to see the Covid-19 problem from a more detached perspective. When the historical context of the crimes is understood, with some separation in time, the crimes themselves become easier to understand, as better visibility is gained.
The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution enumerates, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
There are numerous crimes involved in the Covid-19 Pandemic which present themselves as an organized criminal scheme to accomplish a number of sinister outcomes. Their clandestine onslaught leaves the public mind confused, disoriented and fearful. In this frightened bewildered state, the public is susceptible to irrational actions, and criminals have a freer reign.
The crimes should be seen as an unfolding drama that has a number of chapters. The most important chapter, however was the opening of a protective gate which would have kept the pandemic at bay. This involved the demonization of life saving, licensed and trusted medicines which could have been used in a repurposed manner as they had already saved millions of lives world-wide, and cured millions of people of deadly pathogens. These amazing inexpensive medicines were listed on the United Nation’s catalogue of Miracle drugs, and one of them even received a Nobel prize in 2015. Because these drugs were safe and effective in treating the new disease, they posed a threat to the criminal enterprise. Those who advocated for them, doctors who prescribed them and pharmacies that filled the prescription were viciously attacked by the co-conspirators in the organized crime scheme and the medicines were publicly trashed by the media.
These harassing and deceptive practices allowed captured pharmaceutical ringers in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clear conscience to open the gates and grant a Pandora’s box of Emergency Use Authorization, (EUA) to untested, experimental drugs which were then pushed on the people of the United States and world-wide with the blessings of co-conspirators as the new saviors.
These drugs, just as the novel bat corona viruses are experimental bioweapons whose distribution contains numerous lots with both known toxins and still unknown ingredients. Because these novel vaccines were never tested properly, the public has no idea what short term and long-term health effects maybe experienced from them.
Government reports, however show millions of United States citizens being injured with serious adverse events and tens of thousands of deaths caused by the vaccine. Nevertheless, the criminal enterprise is still flagrantly promoting their poisons as the media for the most part and government thus far remain silent.
Meanwhile, record profits are made world-wide from the sale of an inferior product marketed as the only available treatment while millions of people world-wide are injured and killed from a designer disease, a pathogen created and engineered in a laboratory and its prescribed antidote a killer vaccine worse than the “virus”.
The infamous trick of tyrants has been played on the people. A rope a dope. Create a problem: the killer virus, (Covid-19, a bioweapon, and or a deceptively media hyped virulent flu, camouflaged as Covid 19 or an unknown biosynthetic pathogen. CRIMES OF THE AGES
1. Racketeering, 2C:41-1 and Federal Statute 18 U.S.C 1961 is not a single crime, but an organized scheme involving other crimes. According to the U.S. Department of Justice,
The RICO Act provides for prosecution of racketeering activities as part of an ongoing criminal investigation which is designed to address the infiltration of legitimate enterprises by organized crime and other illegal ventures. RICO leaders can be held liable for crimes they order others to perform in furtherance of the ongoing criminal organization.

This Covid Enterprise is engaged in activities which affect both interstate and foreign commerce.
According to the Justice Department to successfully convict someone on federal racketeering charges, federal prosecutors must prove that:
1. A criminal enterprise existed
2. The enterprise affected interstate commerce
3. The defendant was associated with or employed by the enterprise
4. The defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity
5. The defendant participated in at least two acts of racketeering over a ten-year period.
An “enterprise” includes any individual, partnership, corporation, association or other legal entity and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity.
The Enterprise in this Covid-19 case consists for the most part of organized white collar criminals implementing a global looting scheme at an unprecedented level which includes individual federal employees and their departments of employment, pharmaceutical CEO’s and their corporations, major media, major social platforms, hospital administration, university professors and their schools, NGOs, non-profits and international banks which is orchestrated from behind the curtain or Deep State for a number of nefarious purposes including the making of billions of dollars in illegal profit from harmful injections, the collapse of the economies of Nation States to sabotage National Sovereignty throughout the world especially the United States through accumulation of catastrophic debt, to further deplete the resources of the middle class and poor, to undermine the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights and the Freedom and Sovereignty of United States citizens, and to debilitate, weaken and reduce the world’s population through the injection, without informed consent, into billions of individuals of experimental “vaccines, which are bioweapons of undisclosed content but which harbor toxic, nano lipid particles, spike protein, mRNA technology, self-assembling systems and other toxic substances for an experimental die-off, herding the human race towards transhumanism and the control by artificial intelligence known as the coming “4th Industrial Revolution”, digital slave economy.
These crimes amount to a quiet class-war on the world with silent weapons, in particular in the United States where the pandemic death count has been highest. This pattern of racketeering activity is an integral part of a global cabal intent on world domination which has in name metamorphosized from the New World Order to “The Great Reset”.
The “pattern of activity” requires at least two acts of racketeering activity,” one of which occurred after the effective date of the RICO statute and the last of which occurred within ten years after the commission of a prior racketeering act. There also must be proof that the racketeering acts are related to, and amount to, or pose a threat of, continued criminal activity
RICO allows law enforcement officials to file cases against an entire racket. The law allows prosecutors to seize the assets of an indicted party, thereby preventing the transfer of funds and property through shell companies. Providing more tools to law enforcement agencies to combat racketeering, the law allows prosecutors to charge organizations or individuals for up to 20 years of ongoing criminal activity for each count of racketeering. The law also allows prosecutors to charge organization leaders for crimes that they ordered others to commit.
Federal and state prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt the extent of any crimes committed and the involvement of those involved in order to apply them to the RICO Act when charges are filed.
Criminal penalties of racketeering include imprisonment not to exceed twenty years. However, If the RICO activity is based on racketeering activity that is charged as a predicate act and for which the maximum penalty includes life imprisonment, then the maximum penalty for the RICO violation is life imprisonment.
The Predicate crimes for this racketeering charge include: fraud, domestic terrorism, murder and aggravated assault.
2. FRAUD: 18 U.S. Code §1031. Major fraud against the United States
(a) Whoever knowingly executes, or attempts to execute, any scheme or artifice with the intent-

(b) The fine imposed for an offense under this section may exceed the maximum otherwise provided by law, if such fine does not exceed $5,000,000 and-
(1) the gross loss to the Government or the gross gain to a defendant is $500,000 or greater; or
(2) the offense involves a conscious or reckless risk of serious personal injury.
(c) The maximum fine imposed upon a defendant for a prosecution including a prosecution with multiple counts under this section shall not exceed $10,000,000.
(d) Nothing in this section shall preclude a court from imposing any other sentences available under this title, including, without limitation, a fine up to twice the amount of the gross loss or gross gain involved in the offense pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 3571(d)…

CREATION OF FIRST BIOWEAPON:

Prepping the Ground for a COVID-19 Pandemic, a short time-line.
1.The search for DNA vaccines goes back at least to 2003 in the midst of the SARS-CoV-1 epidemic. In 2006 Dr.Ralph Baric was working with spike proteins similar to the ones in current vaccines which failed to protect and resulted in enhanced immunopathology with eosinophilic infiltrates within the lungs of CoV-challenged mice. 7. On January 10, 2017, a few days before the Presidential Inauguration Anthony Fauci announced, “a pandemic was inevitable in the coming administration of President Trump” (8. Exhibit 1). Breggin Ibid, 247). He further clarified, “If there is one message that I want to leave with you today based on my experience is that there is no question that there will be a challenge to the coming administration in the area of infectious diseases…but also there will be a surprise outbreak” (9.Ibid, 248). Fauci continued, “We will definitely get surprised in the next few years so the thing we are extraordinarily confident about is we are going to see this in the next few years.”
8. On January 13, 2017 the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) was announced at Davos, Switzerland by Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (WEF) (10. 10. On January 18, 2017 Bill Gates outlined a Warp Speed strategy and that Moderna was developing a new delivery system for RNA vaccines

In October 18, 2019, John Hopkins Center for Public Safety (Bloomberg) in collaboration with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (Schwab) conducted Event 201, a 3.5-hour table-top pandemic war game simulation featuring an immune resistant novel respiratory corona virus with devastating impact and rapid spread countered by blitzkrieg roll-out of vaccines but with a total exclusion of treatments with already licensed repurposed medicines. 18. On or about November 2019 concern grew in China over the outbreak of a new disease. News reports around the world said the novel Covid-19 virus came from human exposure to a bat supposedly in a wet market in Wuhan, China. In a short time, the disease was elevated to a world-wide pandemic status, although then and to this day the “virus” has not been isolated and purified for proper identification purposes.

22. In April 2020 Li-Meng Yan, an experienced Chinese virologist at the Hong Kong School of Public Health escaped to the United States. She claimed that the virus is not actually from nature but a man-made virus created in a lab. On January 24, 2020 Professor Francis Boyle, Esq. who had drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorist Act which had been approved unanimously by both Houses of Congress in 1989 stated in an interview with Geopolitics & Empire that the Wuhan corona virus was an offensive biological warfare weapon involving DNA genetic engineering that included gain-of-function properties to make it more lethal and infectious. The experimental work on the Covid-19 pathogen, spike protein and mRNA nano lipid delivery system had been sent to Wuhan, China for completion. The Wuhan Institute of Virology is a Chinese BSL 4 military bioweapon facility akin to the United States’ Fort Detrick. Covid-19 was being created as a bioweapon in a laboratory.

Anthony Fauci appears to have lied while testifying to Congress on May 11, 2021 that he and the National Institute of Health (NIH) were never involved in financing gain of function research project which had been sent to China from the University of North Carolina and continued to be financed by creating a subterfuge by transferring $7.5 million for the Wuhan Institute project through Peter Daszak and his company ECO Health Alliance which was involved with the COVID project and working in China.
Some kind of threshold has been crossed,” said Alina Chan, a Boston-based scientist and co-author of the upcoming book “Viral: The Search for the Origin of Covid-19.” Chan has been vocal about the need to thoroughly investigate the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 emerged from a lab while remaining open to both possible theories of its development. For Chan, the revelation from the proposal was the description of the insertion of a novel furin cleavage site into bat coronaviruses — something people previously speculated, but had no evidence, may have happened. “Let’s look at the big picture: A novel SARS coronavirus emerges in Wuhan with a novel cleavage site in it. We now have evidence that, in early 2018, they had pitched inserting novel cleavage sites into novel SARS-related viruses in their lab,” said Chan. “This definitely tips the scales for me. And I think it should do that for many other scientists too.”
Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University who has espoused the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 may have originated in a lab, agreed. “The relevance of this is that SARS Cov-2, the pandemic virus, is the only virus in its entire genus of SARS-related coronaviruses that contains a fully functional cleavage site at the S1, S2 junction,” said Ebright, referring to the place where two subunits of the spike protein meet. “And here is a proposal from the beginning of 2018, proposing explicitly to engineer that sequence at that position in chimeric lab-generated coronaviruses.”
The furin cleavage site enables the virus to more efficiently bind to and release its genetic material into a human cell and is one of the reasons that the virus is so easily transmissible and harmful
In May of 2021 Dr. Roger Ebright, a professor of chemistry and chemical biology at Rutgers University and biosafety expert contested Anthony Fauci’s testimony before the Senate that the National Institute of Health has ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology as, “demonstrably false”. He stated that the NIH “unequivocally” does, and that the United States taxpayers are funding the research.
With the outbreak of the contagious virus the Public became anxious but treatment for U.S. citizens was placed on hold for 9 months, no treatment protocol recommendations were forthcoming from NIAID, NIH, FDC, CDS, nothing except wait for the vaccines or go to the hospital if you could not breathe. The CDC reports, “The overall burden of influenza (flu) deaths for the 2021-2022 season was 5,000 flu deaths (Table 1). What accounts for the vast reduction in flu deaths in 2021-2022?

Dr. Yeadon states that Covid-19 is accompanied by a host of orchestrated lies including: the necessity of lockdowns, effectiveness of lockdowns, effectiveness and need for masking and social distancing, the need for border and business closings, and mass testing. He states that the PCR tests were not reliable, causing extreme inflated numbers of asymptomatic carriers and that all the necessary counter measures accompanying Covid-19 were unnecessary and everything associated with it including the need for vaccines are based on lies…a host of lies. He points out that some public figures were in on the lie as they were sometimes caught partying without protection or concern. He maintained that the vaccines themselves are dangerous and the Public should not take them.
Dr. Yeadon relates how individuals have contacted government Public Health Departments asking them if they have in their possession samples of the Covid-19 virus. They were not asking for samples to study only if they had samples. These individuals received no affirmation that the Public Health Departments were in possession of the alleged Covid-19 samples. He points out the similarities between Covid-19 symptoms and the flu symptoms and states they are one and the same. Covid-19 = Influenza wearing media and government agency camouflage.
The inability to receive an acknowledgement that samples of Covid-19 exist, feeds into the important fact hit home by some doctors and scientists that the alleged Covid-19 virus has never been isolated nor purified. If one can’t isolate and purify and demonstrate that the disease is Covid 19, how can one prepare a PCR test to identify that a person in fact has Covid 19? (33. Exhibit 111)
The Covid-19 pandemic appears to be then a psychological operation being fortified through media assists and assets and government agency representations, and is really all an illusion and a deception to force feed the Public to take the vaccine. All lies are to be used to get the toxic experimental gene therapy, “vaccine” into the veins of the Public, even into the bodies of little babies.
In order to justify lockdowns and identify sick people a PCR test was used. Kary Mullis the inventor of the PCR had previously stated that it was not be used to make a diagnosis of a live virus because with the right amplification it could find almost anything in one’s medical history. Nevertheless, regulators misused PCR tests. The CDC belatedly admitted in August 2021 that the PCR tests were incapable of distinguishing COVID from other viral illnesses. Dr. Fauci allowed their use at inappropriately high amplitudes of 37 to 45 even though he knew that tests employing cycle thresholds of 35 and above were very unlikely to indicate the presence of live virus that could replicate. Polymerase chain reaction test (PCR) was used in 4 US State prisons with nearly 3,300 inmates who tested positive for corona virus 96% without symptoms (36. Exhibit 7, p. 4)
April 2020 the European Journal of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Disease showed that to get to 100% confirmed real positives, test must be run at 17 cycles. Above 17 cycles, accuracy drops dramatically. By the time you get to 33 cycles accuracy rate is only 20% meaning 80 % false positives. Beyond 34 cycles, your chance of positive PCR test being a true positive shrink to zero. In Dec. 2020 Florida became first US state to require labs to report the cycle threshold used for their PCR tests. In Portugal the PCR test was ruled unreliable and so was its quarantine based on it. (40, Ibid)
To determine whether the amplified products are indeed SARS-CoV-2 genes, biomolecular validation of amplified PCR products is essential for diagnostic test, this validation is an absolute must. (41. Ibid, p.79) This was not being done.

Under Federal law new vaccines and medicine can qualify for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) only if there are no FDA approved drugs that already are shown to be effective against the disease.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates and the Enterprise championed experimental vaccines being prepared and ready for EUA approval while safe and effective medicines already existed which made the need for COVID-19 vaccines unnecessary. To accomplish the emergency use for their experimental injections the Enterprise demonized and marginalized the pre-existing safe and effective drugs attacked the medical professionals who supported their use and ruthlessly targeted them in an attempt to destroy their reputations and their professions.
“The suppression of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin is one of the greatest tragedies and crimes of the modern era.” According to renowned psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin (49. Exhibit 2, RFK Jr. p. 55), author of “Covid-19 and the Global Predators: We are The Prey.”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Esq. an expert in vaccine litigation wrote in his book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health” (Exhibit 2)” Ivermectin is a thousand times safer than remdesivir and COVID vaccines.” (50. Ibid,60) “Fauci’s suppression of early effective treatment caused 100,000 extra deaths. He didn’t even recommend Vitamin D” (51, Ibid p. 9), RFK Jr. lamented.
Early treatment was a major concern for the public, being assaulted by a mysterious pathogen and Dr. Fauci and his colleagues in the medical profession offered no defense to the public except to go home until they had problems breathing and then to go to the hospital. No early treatment protocol was forthcoming from Fauci, the NAIAD, the NIH, the FDA, the CDC. Instead, the Fauci, Gates mantra was to wait at home for the promised vaccines.
Early treatment, however was the key to minimizing the pathogen’s effect and good physicians knew this and front-line doctors being faithful to the Hippocratic oath were offering early effective treatments to their patients using safe and effective repurposed drugs.
Although Fauci and his government agency colleagues never published a treatment protocol, thankfully other doctors did. One of these doctors was Peter McCullough.
Dr. Peter McCullough was at the beginning of 2020, Vice Chief of Internal Medicine and Program Director of Cardiology at the Baylor University Center in Dallas, an internist and cardiologist, professor of Medicine at Texas A&M University, President of Cardiorenal Society of America and Editor and Chief or Senior Associate editor of 3 major academic journals and on the editorial board of more than a dozen journals., published over 600 peer reviewed academic medical papers and over a thousand medical communications. He is Board certified, awarded 8 additional medical certifications from numerous societies. His credentials are impeccable.
Dr. McCullough’s protocol included safe and effective repurposed licensed drugs including: ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin or doxycycline, zinc, NAC, aspirin, Celebrex, bromhexine, famotidine, Pepcid, vitamin D, quercetin and IV C (52. Ibid, 12)). According to Dr. McCullough any combination of these safe medicines would have reduced mortalities by at least 60%.

Like Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, is an antiparasitic drug with well documented safety profile and “proven highly potent, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.” It’s been on the market since 1981 and is listed by WHO as essential medicine, inexpensive, a course costing less than $2.00 in India and Bangladesh. While US FDA had not approved Ivermectin for prevention of or treatment for SARS-CoV-2 studies have shown Ivermectin. 1) inhibits replication of many viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 and seasonal influenza virus. Dr. Mercola reviewed data of a study showing a single dose of Ivermectin killed 99.8% of SARS-CoV-2 in 48 hours. 2) inhibits inflammation through several pathways, 3) lowers viral load, 4) protects against organ damage, 5) prevents transmission of SARS-CoV-2 when taken before or after exposure; speeds recovery and lowers risk of hospitalization and death in COVID-19 patients. Dr. Pierre Kory stated, “Dr. Fauci’s suppression of early treatment and off patent remedies will go down in history as having caused the death of half a million people. Studies supporting Ivermectin’s efficacy from independent doctors, epidemiological studies in India, Peru, Mexico and clinical trials and Drs. Jean-Jacques and Juliana Cepelowicz Rajter husband and wife team with a pulmonary practice in Fla, were ignored by US Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex until Aug, 27, 2020 when NIH issued a recommendation against its use. In the following 6 months, several additional high-quality studies were completed showing ivermectin efficacy. Dr. Vladimir “Zev” Zelenko. Monroe. NY. 60 miles from New York City successfully treated hundreds of Covid patients with low doses of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and, zinc. (65. Ibid, p. 45) while former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was herding infectious seniors from hospitals into nursing homes which became a “killing fields” for hundreds of the most defenseless. Dr. Zelenko wrote a letter to President Trump and alerted him to the Hydroxychloroquine plus zinc protocol which was allowing him to save people.
Dr. Vladimir Zev Zelenko protocol was associated with significantly less hospitalization and five times less all cause deaths. (65, Exhibit 5 p.123). He emphasized early treatment after exposure. Quercetin could be used as a substitute for hydroxychloroquine (66. Ibid, p.214)
The team of Dr. George Fareed and Dr. Bryan Tyson treated with hydroxychloroquine over 7,000 patients with COVID-19 and no one died. The early treatment within 5-7 days of infection and a protocol similar to Drs. Zelenko and McCullough consisting of Hydroxychloroquine and other repurposed medicines is a very successful treatment. In South Korea, China, India and France Hydroxychloroquine was recommended by official expert panels multiple clinical studies and observational reports. (69. Exhibit 4, p. 9).
In Spain Hydroxychloroquine is used by 72% of doctors and was rated the most effective therapy by 75% of them taking 400 milligrams/day.
SARS-CoV-2 was closely related to SARS-CoV-1 which had in 2003 also emanated from China (70. Ibid p.11)
In 2014 Julie Dyall researcher for NIAID published a major work titled, “Repurposing of Clinically Developed Drugs for Treatment of Middle East respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus Infection” The study stated that hydroxychloroquine and several other compounds demonstrated activity against MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV. These diseases are very similar to SARS-CoV2. Fauci and Gates and the Enterprise knew this but would not condone its use.
At least seven 7 papers published in distinguished journals between 20003-2014 wrote about the anti-viral properties of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and zinc.
Professor Didier Raoult used hydroxychloroquine as a prophylaxis in France. He had published 2,300 papers and was the most cited microbiologist in Europe. He and his team discovered 468 species of bacteria, about 1/5 of all those named and described. He has won 13 major awards and is commander of the National Order of Merit but he was opposed by Anthony Fauci’s equivalent in France, Dr. Yves Levy who served as Director of National Institute of Health and Research from 2014-2018 and was part of French delegation that inaugurated the BSL-4 Lab at Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2017. Dr. Raoult chose hydroxychloroquine combined with azithromycin because of the anti-viral effect he observed in using it against Zika virus. As for safety profile of these drugs they had been around for decades with billions of doses taken and well tolerated, both drugs being on WHO’s Model list of Essential Medicines. They substantially reduced the viral load in the upper respiratory tract. Raoult teamed up with Dr. James Todaro, Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn, Michigan. (71a Ibid, 29) on South Korean and Chinese studies which confirmed the effectiveness of treatment…claiming 100 % cure rate.
On March 18, 2020 Chinese research team published a study in Nature showing hydroxychloroquine is effective in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro. Prior studies in India, France, South Korea and China confirmed the same. (72. Ibid, 39).
On March 19, 2020, President Trump mentioned chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine as potential game changers in the fight against COVID-19 (73. Ibid)) The Washington Post Editorial Board wrote, “Trump is spreading false hope for a virus cure-and that’s not the only damage.” The Post pushed the pharmacies’ vaccine narrative and also dismissed Dr. Raoult’s work of one of the world’s greatest scientists. The Washington Post is owned by Amazon owner Jeff Bezos whose corporation profited enormously as a result of the pandemic.
Dr. Rick Bright (74. Ibid, 62) was ousted by President Trump as Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research Development Authority (BARDA) in the United States Department of Health and Human Services because he sabotaged the Presidents Executive Order to make the national stockpile of hydroxychloroquine available to the public but instead maneuvered to restrict distribution to only hospitalized patients. Hospitals, however, were under instruction not to administer it to Covid-19 patients.
BARDA was interested in vaccine development and along with Fauci’s NIAID a major funder of Moderna’s mRNA vaccine against COVID 19. Before Bright left BARDA he oversaw a transfer of $483 million from BARDA to Moderna to develop its mRNA vaccine. Fired from BARDA by President Trump, Dr. Bright quickly had a new job as the CEO of Rockefeller Foundation Pandemic Prevention Institute and Senior VP of its Pandemic Prevention & Response.
At the same time Dr. Bright was undermining the promotion of Hydroxychloroquine, NY Gov. Cuomo issued executive orders which prohibited NY pharmacies from filling off-label prescriptions for COVID patients (75. Ibid, 67) and sent thousands of elderly sick hospital patients into nursing homes without repurposed safe and effective medicines. (76., Ibid,69).
42% of all COVID deaths in the US had occurred in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care facilities. (77. Ibid 57)
On June 2, 2020, USA Today reported, “Over the last 3 months, more than 40,600 long term care residents and workers have died of COVID 19, about 40% of the Nation’s toll attributed to COVID-19 virus. (78. Ibid, p 70) The hydroxychloroquine treatment, unfortunately was not available to them.
JAMA Study that included 5,700 patients hospitalized with COVID in NYC area between Mar. 1, 2020 and Apr. 4, 2020 mortality rates for those who received mechanical ventilation ranged from 76. 4 % to 97.2 % depending on age. (79. Exhibit 5, p.57)

Monoclonal antibodies should have been given nursing homes according to Dr. Harvey Risch but they were made scarce. But even more so, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine should have been used

I am usually accustomed to advocating for positions within the mainstream of medicine, so have been flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which for reasons have nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines. As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily… I am referring, of course to the medication hydroxychloroquine. When this inexpensive oral medication is given very early in the course of illness, before the virus has had time to multiply beyond control, it has shown to be highly effective, especially when given in combination with the antibiotic’s azithromycin or doxycycline and the nutritional supplement zinc.” (81. Doctors successfully treating patients with repurposed medicines were attacked by the medical establishment itself.
Dr. Paul Marick has over 500 peer-reviewed articles and was Professor of Medicine, Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at East Virginia Medical School. At his hospital the treatment of Covid with Vitamin C was banned and his career was ended by a sham peer review reminiscent of an inquisition without a semblance of due process. He was shamelessly bullied and railroaded. He used a similar treatment protocol as Dr. Peter McCullough.
Dr. Peter McCullough one of the most outstanding physicians in the United States was also the Vice Chief of Internal Medicine and Program Director of Cardiology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He lost his employment at Baylor also as well as other universities where he taught as a professor. He is the most published author in history in area of cardio-renal medicine and stressed that doctors were allowed to prescribe off-label drugs for every other condition except for Covid-19, which is a perfectly safe medicines having been established by billions of doses taken…What was harm to offer them when nothing else was being offered? “We don’t know what’s happening in our world” Dr. McCullough explained, “My YouTube videos about early treatment were taken down and then my planned WebEx conference with the Australian MP about treatment was hacked. Now my hospital administrators are acting like I’m out of line for accepting a U.S. Senator’s invitation to testify about the disease. It’s as though, for the first time in history, our medical system is opposed to caring for the sick. What on earth is going on.” (83. Exhibit 4, p.147)
Senator Ron Johnson said, “To me it is obvious that we should explore every possibility for treating this disease at every stage. Why has there been such resistance to low cost, off the shelf therapies that might stop the progression and help keep people out of the hospitals and intensive care units? Dr. Meryl Nass, an internal medicine physician of over 40 years and expert in bioweapons had her license suspended in Maine by state Board of Licensure for treating patients with Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin and is involved in state hearings to get it reinstated

In France Prof. Didier Raoult, one of France’s most outstanding physicians suffered harassment and is facing ethics charges for using hydroxychloroquine as a coronavirus treatment.
Drs. Ryan Cole, Simone Gold, Brooke Miller and Mary Talley Bowden were fired or lost hospital privileges because of their positions on COVID treatment. Independent Drs. like Vladimir Zelenko, Ivette Lozano, George Fareed and Richard Urso were harassed by state medical boards and vilified by the media all for the crime of early treatment of COVID-19 with drugs that had long been FDA approved for other conditions. Dr. Peter McCullough wrote, “70% of the nation’s COVID-19 fatalities could have been prevented., that came to 610,000 preventable deaths. In light of this disturbing reality, the actors who organized the propaganda campaign against early treatment and who deliberately hindered sick people from receiving medicines should be under investigation for mass negligent homicide. (90. Ibid, p.257) You have a duty to try to help the person with whatever is at hand.”
By autumn of 2020 there were more than 200 studies supporting treatment with Hydroxychloroquine and 60 studies supporting Ivermectin.
The suppressed common-sense treatments were proof that the medical establishment has an ulterior motive. A mendacious medical technocracy is implementing a biologic- terrorism on doctors who cared for their patients’ health and provided life-saving treatments.
Hydroxychloroquine showed in a NIH study in 2005 as a potent inhibitor of SARS corona virus infection and also inhibits influenza…. This is a threat to drug industry, designer viruses.
Dr. Robert Malone who is the inventor of the mRNA gene therapy delivery system stated in his book, “Lies My Government Told Me” That he was shocked to find out that the Government already knew of options for treatment of COVID-19 before it appeared, but instead of trying to identify safe, cheap and available repurposed drugs to address the illness, it used harmful experimental vaccines.
Not only did chloroquine work in vitro against MERS corona virus but dozens of existing drugs were also effective as mentioned in a 2012 Journal article, “Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy” “Repurposing of Clinically Developed Drugs for Treatment of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus Infection” NIAID wrote,
“Here we found 66 of the screened drugs were effective at inhibiting either MERS-Cov or SARS-CoV infection in vitro and that 27 compounds were effective against both MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV. These data demonstrate the efficiency of screening approved or clinically developed drugs for identification of potential therapeutic options for emerging viral diseases and also provide an expedited approach for supporting off-label use of approved therapeutics.” (91. Now Fauci’s NIAID was doing the exact opposite.
In an attempt to place a pall over Hydroxychloroquine and protect Gates’ vaccine interest, a sabotage of an earlier study of hydroxychloroquine, Recovery Trial was done by intentionally over dosing sick patients with 2,400 mg of hydroxychloroquine 3 to 6 times higher than the daily dose and the same ruthless deceit and manipulation was conducted with the Solidarity Trial lead by the WHO (92. Exhibit 5, p. 125). Trials were sabotaged and innocent people sacrificed.
Millions of individuals were sickened and thousands died, but remarkably the survival rate for COVID-19 was 99. 22 % for those unvaccinated who tested positive. Most of the Covid victims were elderly in their late 70’s and 80’s with 3.5 co-morbidities. And even for those elderly who got Covid the survival rate was very high. Ironically, flu which was the usual killer of the elderly and sick seemed to disappear during this time and the overall death rate seemed to go down from the previous year.
Do we really need a COVID-19 vaccine? Covid mortality was extremely low outside nursing homes. 99.7 % of people infected recovered. If under 60 years one’s chance of dying from influenza is greater than Covid-19.
CDC survivability rate is 99.997 percent for 0-19 years, 99.98 percent for 20-49 years, 99.5 percent for 50-59 years and 94.6 percent for 70 – plus years. (93. ibid p. 68).
Natural immunity in all cases is superior to vaccine induced immunity. (94. Exhibit 2, p.8) but the WHO stressed vaccine immunity.

CREATION OF SECOND BIOWEAPON:
Fast tracked, experimental mRNA, researchers have been trying to develop a corona virus vaccine since acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-1) outbreak in 2002. mRNA had never been licensed for use in humans. Dr. Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates are two faces of the same Enterprise, both are front men for not only the pharmaceutical companies but for other wealthy and powerful interests. Gates is listed as one of the wealthiest men on earth with a net worth of $129 Billion.
Fauci’s salary before recently retiring as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease was the highest government salary in the United States at $417, 608.00 and that does not include bonuses and other interests he has. Fauci controlled $6 billion dollars of research money which allowed him to control and direct 1,200 loyal private investigators, (PI) university scientists and researchers to work on projects he oversees. He and the PIs can also earn up to $150,000 annually on new drugs and vaccines. Fauci’s, emphasis was always given to creation of new vaccines as that was where the money is. He also received as NIAID head $1.7 Billion from DARPA since 2005. (97. Exhibit 2, p.118).
Fauci has 8 patents listed to his name as inventor. He also has close ties to Moderna. (97. Ibid p.121). DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, contributed $56 million to Moderna vaccine development (98. Exhibit 1, p. 17). Gates also has keen interests in Moderna.
Anthony Fauci recalled a story of when Bill Gates invited him to his mansion, “Melinda was showing everyone on a tour of the house, and he said, Can I have some time with you in my library…and it was there that he said, “Tony, you run the biggest infectious disease institute in the world. And I want to be sure the money I spend is well spent. Why don’t we really get to know each other? Why don’t we be partners? (99. Exhibit 4, p.261). Fauci presently sits on the leadership council for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Partnership between Gates and Fauci and Welcome Trust control somewhere around 57% of global biomedical research funding. Gates Foundation wields vast influence in mass media. $250 million of Gates Foundation grants to radio and television newsrooms, including $17.5 million to NPR alone newspapers, journalism organizations, and advertising firms to create content. RFK Jr. wrote, “You’re going to see a lot of people dropping dead. The problem is, Anthony Fauci put $500 million of our (tax) dollars into that vaccine. He owns half the patents. He has five guys working for him (who are) entitled to collect royalties. So, you have a corrupt system, and now they’ve got a vaccine that is too big to fail. This is a letter from a world recognized vaccine expert, directed to all authorities, scientists and experts around the world, to halt all vaccinations.
For Federal Drug Administration (FDA) to issue an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) there must be no adequate approved and available alternative to the candidate product for diagnosing, preventing or treating the disease or condition…” (105. Exhibit 2, p.19).
As was presented in Point II, there were two wonder drugs as well as other medicines which would have saved hundreds of thousands of people’s lives that were inexpensive and safe.
However, Emergency Use Authorization,(EUA) from Big Pharma perspective is the preferred way to market their drugs. The advantages: single purchaser, provides complete liability indemnification, guaranteed market, with very little oversight, and manages both distribution and marketing. Government markets unlicensed products and coordinates with corporate media, social media, and large technology firms to suppress discussion. (106. Exhibit 7, p.118)
The first confirmed case of COVID 19 in US. was reported in mid-January 2020. Vaccines were not available until middle of December 2020 when FDA granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, and in February 2021 to Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine
On October 22, 2020 Remdesivir (Veklury)became the first COVID treatment to receive EUA approval from the FDA. It is administered only in hospitals with IV drip.
On December 11, 2020 Pfizer-BioNTech was first COVID-19 vaccine authorized under EUA
On December 18, 2020 Moderna vaccine was authorized under the EUA.
February 27, 2021 Johnson & Johnson vaccine received EUA authorization.
Gate’s CEPI’s business plan went into effect when SARS-CoV-2 arrived. Gates and Fauci and their network proclaimed there were no treatments and that everyone needed to stay home until vaccines were deployed and every human on earth received them. Vaccines were presented as the panacea to a global emergency, those who developed the vaccines received the following advantages: 1. Massive emergency R&D funding from government treasuries 2. Massive purchasing commitments from the same government. 3. Zero product liability 4. Zero marketing costs. 5. An absolute global market (every man, woman, and child on earth) 6. The social pressure mounted…Get vaccinated! Eliminate any competitors that could diminish the perceived urgent need for new vaccines, Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin were relentlessly maligned. Monoclonal antibodies were also suppressed. Suppressing treatment was equivalent of disarming the people and leaving them defenseless.

Vaccines were mandated as the only acceptable treatment for Covid-19, and for hospital patients, remdesivir and mechanical ventilation was the standard treatment. The very safe, effective and low cost federally approved medications were not sanctioned. Millions of doses of vaccines were distributed, but after the administering of vaccinations sickness and death rates began to soar instead of decline. The touted experimental gene therapies (“vaccines”) did not protect against infection nor did they protect against transmission as admitted by a Pfizer Executive. Those who were vaccinated were more likely now than the non-vaccinated to get Covid and end up in the hospital sick with Covid.
VAERS reports and CDC V-Safe Data showed that hundreds of thousands were sickened by the vaccines, permanently disabled, or had a life-threatening event from the vaccines, and tens of thousands died.
In 1976 US regulators pulled the swine flu after it was linked to 25 deaths. In contrast between December 14 and October 1, 2021 American doctors and families reported more than 16,000 deaths and a total of 778,685 injuries VAERS, while European Surveillance Sites reported 40,000 deaths, 2.2 million adverse reactions. (110 Exhibit 2, RFK 87) But not in the case of COVID-19, were vaccines halted, instead the vaccines kept on coming, booster after booster.
In just 8 months COVID vaccines have injured and killed far more Americans than all other vaccinations combined over 3 decades. ((111 ibid p.88) 69.8% of the deaths occurred during 2 weeks after vaccinating, 39.38 % within 24 hours of injection.

Realizing that VAERS, a voluntary reporting system represents only from 1 to 10% of the adverse effects reported. Hundreds of thousands of deaths and millions of vaccine injuries were off the chart. This is a catastrophe. 17,024 deaths reported via VAERs in the United States from Dec 20, 2020 until March 3, 2023. This number would indicate somewhere between 1 to 10% of actual deaths from the vaccine which would be between 170,240 to over 1.7 million. In New Jersey VAERS report from January 27, 2023 indicated that:
205 deaths resulted from the vaccines as well as, 492 permanent disabilities and 372 threatening reports. Realizing that only 1% to 10% of the adverse reactions are being reported, New Jersey could be suffering up to 20,000 deaths, 49,000 permanent disabilities and 37,000 life threatening incidents. The VAERS statistics need to be followed up on by an investigation into the reported serious injuries and deaths represented to be caused by the vaccines. The Covid vaccine distribution should be halted until a full and complete investigation is conducted and concluded which shows they are safe and effective.
As a Nation we have descended into an unexamined pit of untold deaths and injuries, a far cry from the 25 deaths in 1976 which shut down the swine flu vaccine. What has happened to us?
While the public was undergoing virus and vaccine challenges and wanting protection, the media failed to report objectively on what was happening and continued to function as a totally captured organization, stroking favorably the pharmaceuticals and promoting experimental, untried and untested vaccines. The internet platforms of Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and their fact checkers began doing the same, censoring and deplatforming any legitimate criticisms. The debunking agenda initiated by NIAID, NIH, CDC, FDA and coordinated through the media and internet platforms were creating a psychological hostage situation to vaccines. Meanwhile the World Health Organization, WHO was directing the hospitals on treatment. Remdesivir and respirators were used in hospitals while Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, champion medicines for the public were not allowed to be in play.
The pharmaceuticals were raking in record profits and advertising the benefits of their new boosters in the media and on television.
More than 5.41 billion people worldwide have received some kind of COVID-19 vaccine, equal to about 70.5 % of the world’s population. In the US as of October 17, 2022, 265.59 million US residents have received at least one dose, and 226.59 million have completed the initial vaccination protocol out of a total population of 335.59 million (67.5%). Of the 613.25 million mRNA doses administered 375.64 million were manufactured by Pfizer Bio/NTech, and 237.61 doses by Moderna, (118. Exhibit 7, p.117)

What was responsible for all of the adverse effects the vaccines were causing
Why were these alleged vaccines killing people and making them sick? Despite the injuries why are the vaccines still being marketed and sold?
The vaccines were not regular standard vaccines, but touted as an experimental gene therapy. According to Dr. Francis Boyle who drafted the Biowarfare Anti-terrorist Act which was unanimously approved by Congress and who wrote a book entitled, “Resisting Medical Tyranny”, they are bioweapons violating the Federal Act. The vaccines (Kill Shots) contain: mRNA vaccines and incorporate a synthetic nucleotide called pseudouridine that can stay in glands at least 60 days after injection, and perhaps much longer. Incorporation of this molecule into the synthetic mRNA may well account for observed immunosuppression. (122.Exhibit 7, p.124)
The spike protein involved with toxic Polyethylene glycol used to coat mRNA and spike protein itself with the pseudouridine which causes cells to manufacture can also be toxic and one of the most toxic molecules ever used for vaccinations. Spike is a toxin which moves throughout the body and crosses the Blood/Brain barrier. There are no studies beyond 60 days as to how long it stays in one’s body and causes internal organ damage. Independent scientists, researchers and doctors began to closely examine the patents and contents of the vaccines with sophisticated equipment which could see a nanoworld, invisible to the naked eye and found many disturbing items in addition to spike protein ranging from parasites, HIV remnants, graphene oxide, heavy toxic metals, nano material, self-assembling polymers with cables/ribbons connecting to portals, microchips, snake peptides., quantum dots, programmable hydrogel and heavy nanosized metals. What kind of experimental mRNA spike protein vaccine had been concocted? Something out of the twilight zone…but real. “What is in the so-called COVID-19 "Vaccines"? Point II above shows there were excellent repurposed medicines which would have effectively and safely protected the public and made the need for a EUA for untested vaccines unnecessary. The Enterprise, however, was not concerned with the best interests of the Public. They wanted to vaccinate as many people as possible with an experimental untested gene therapy.
Bill Gates has always had the desire to vaccinate every person on earth. Covid-19 served as the perfect public nemeses for an announcement that only one thing would allow us to go back to normal and that was fast-tracked vaccines. Gates was insistent on lightning-fast development and deployment and the need for a consistent nation-wide policy pertaining to shutting down society and the building of vaccine factories, (125. Exhibit 4, p.42))
To echo Dr. Mercola once more, “To expect these experimental fast-tracked coronavirus vaccines to succeed when others that have been tested over far longer periods of time have failed miserably is pure folly.” (126. Exhibit 5 p. 128)
Are lipid nanoparticles safe? Are there risks of autoimmune challenges? (127. Ibid p. 133), Are there risks to antibody dependent immune enhancement, when a viral vaccine renders one more prone to severe disease and death if subsequently you are infected with the virus whipping up a cytokine storm within you. Ibid p.133-34) increasing the risks of anti-body-dependent enhancement aka paradoxical immune enhancement …: Vaccines for SARS, MERS, and RSV have never been approved, and the data generated in the development and testing of vaccines suggest a serious mechanistic concern. Vaccines designed empirically using the traditional approach, consisting of the unmodified or minimally modified coronavirus viral spike to elicit neutralizing antibodies, be they composed of proteins, viral vector, DNA or RNA and irrespective of delivery method, may worsen COVID-19 disease via antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE)” (129. Ibid p.134)
When ferrets were experimented on with vaccines as a result of the SARS epidemic, 30 vaccines had been considered. The best four vaccines were tested. The ferrets had good antibody response. But when exposed to the wild virus all the ferrets developed inflammation in all the organs, their lungs stopped functioning. And they all died. (130, Ibid p.135)
Dr. Peter Breggin quote,” …these injections bear no resemblance to anything else in human history that has ever been called a vaccine. They most nearly resemble a Trojan horse.” (131. Exhibit 1, p.175)
The vaccines use genetic instructions copied from SARS-CoV-2 which enable the deadly virus to make the spike protein that gains entry into the human cells and is known to be very toxic to mammals, including humans. (132. Ibid p.176)
Among other harmful effects it damages the endothelial cells in many organs of the body and in the blood cells, this can cause bleeding and clotting, and even death, also severe immunological overreactions, leading potentially to a cytokine storm seen in COVID -19. Nanoparticle polyethylene glycol (PEG) sealer is put around the messenger RNA to package and protect it in the human body before it enters the cell.
Dr. Peter McCullough wrote, “Never before have we used technology where we trick our own bodies to make dangerous protein which is a laboratory product of bioterrorism research.
In Israel, based on Ministry of Health data, an independent scientist found more deaths from the mRNA vaccines than from COVID-19 and described it as a new Holocaust. (133. Ibid p.178)

Fauci designed a flawed randomized blind placebo-controlled studies for Ivermectin but not for Remdesivir where there was no placebo in the control groups. (160. Exhibit 2, Kennedy, p.65). Gilead’s Remdesivir costs $10/dose to make and then it charges $3,120.00 for a 5 dose Remdesivir treatment. It brought in $3.5 Billion alone in 2020. (161 Ibid, p.64)
The Lancet published a study from China that showed that Remdesivir was toxic. It did not reduce the presence of virus in the blood, and was totally ineffective in keeping hospitalized patients alive. Fauci actually manipulated and lied about the various Remdesivir studies and said he wanted to make Remdesivir available to the public as it would be unethical to deprive them of it. (162. Ibid, p.66) The China studies of Remdesivir showed liver and kidney damage to the recipients.
WHO remarkably was against Remdesivir Emergency Use Approval (163. Ibid, p.68) Remdesivir had a history of failure during an Ebola study, 6 months into study the trials Safety Review Board pulled Remdesivir out of the study. Within 28 days, subjects taking Remdesivir had lethal side effects including multiple organ failure, acute kidney failure, septic shock, and hypotension, and 54% of the Remdesivir group died. The highest mortality rate of the four experimental drugs being tested.

MASKS DON’T PROTECT AGAINST A VIRUS

Dr. Fauci flip flopped on the need for masks. You need it. You don’t need it. You need to double the mask up. Sasha Latypova,is a former pharmaceutical industry research & development executive with over 25 years of experience in clinical trials, clinical technologies, and regulatory approvals. She owned and managed several contract research organizations and worked for more than 60 pharma companies worldwide as a former pharmaceutical research executive. She has reviewed numerous Covid-19 related contracts and states according to DOD documents she has reviewed that the Covid-19 injections are not referred to as vaccines, but are termed Department of Defense countermeasures implemented through Operation Warp Speed. The clinical trials of these prototypes were a deception and a sham, she claims. The injections went straight into people without being properly tested even in animals. the countermeasures were not manufactured compliant and never safe and effective.
According to Ms. Latypova, the Covid 19 pandemic was never seen by the Department of Defense as a Health event but as a War event. She states that various heads from ten governmental agency had been meeting since 2013 and discussing a pandemic action and that secrecy was their paramount concern. She says the vaccinations were not a pharmaceutical product but a countermeasure ordered as a prototype. The military vaccine roll-out had no protocols of decency nor integrity. 7. GENOCIDE: 18 U.S.CODE CHAPTER 50 A

Genocide crimes are defined in 18 U.S. Code Chapter 50A. There are a total of three different statutes within Chapter 50, including a statute with definitions applicable throughout the chapter. The relevant federal laws related to genocide include:
18 U.S. Code section 1091: Genocide: Genocide is defined within 18 U.S. Code section 1091 to include killing members of a group; causing serious injury to members of a group; causing permanent impairment to members of a group; subjecting members of a group to conditions intended to be physically destructive; imposing measures to prevent births within the group; or transferring children by force from one group to another if that individual is motivated by the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. If death results because of the actions prohibited within 18 U.S. Code section 1091, a defendant can be sentenced to death or life imprisonment as well as a $1 million fine. If no death results, the defendant can be sentenced to a maximum of 20 years imprisonment as well as a fine up to $1 million. 18 U.S. Code section 1092: Exclusive remedies: This statute makes clear that nothing found within 18 U.S. Code section 1091 precludes state or local laws, nor do any of the provisions of the federal statute create a substantive or procedural right enforceable by law by any party in any proceeding.
18 U.S. Code section 1093: Definitions: This statute defines specific terms that appear within Chapter 50A so it will be clear what the meanings of those words are and how they apply within the statute. For example, the term children is defined to include any individual who hasn’t yet turned 18. The term ethnic group refers to any set of individuals whose identity is distinctive because of common heritage or because of common cultural traditions. The term national group refers to a group of people whose identity is distinctive because of their national origin or nationality. 10. ANTHONY FAUCI, BILL GATES AND THE ENTERPRISE ARE CO-CONSPIRATORS VIOLATING 2C:5-2 Conspiracy.
2C:5-2 Conspiracy a. Definition of conspiracy. A person is guilty of conspiracy with another person or persons to commit a crime if with the purpose of promoting or facilitating its commission he:
(1) Agrees with such other person or persons that they or one or more of them will engage in conduct which constitutes such crime or an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime; or
(2) Agrees to aid such other person or persons in the planning or commission of such crime or of an attempt or solicitation to commit such crime.
b. Scope of conspiratorial relationship. If a person guilty of conspiracy, as defined by subsection a. of this section, knows that a person with whom he conspires to commit a crime has conspired with another person or persons to commit the same crime, he is guilty of conspiring with such other person or persons, whether or not he knows their identity, to commit such crime.
c. Conspiracy with multiple objectives. If a person conspires to commit a number of crimes, he is guilty of only one conspiracy so long as such multiple crimes are the object of the same agreement or continuous conspiratorial relationship. It shall not be a defense to a charge under this section that one or more of the objectives of the conspiracy was not criminal; provided that one or more of its objectives or the means of promoting or facilitating an objective of the conspiracy is criminal.
d. Overt act. No person may be convicted of conspiracy to commit a crime other than a crime of the first or second degree or distribution or possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance or controlled substance analog as defined in chapter 35 of this title, unless an overt act in pursuance of such conspiracy is proved to have been done by him or by a person with whom he conspired.
e. Renunciation of purpose. It is an affirmative defense which the actor must prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he, after conspiring to commit a crime, informed the authority of the existence of the conspiracy and his participation therein, and thwarted or caused to be thwarted the commission of any offense in furtherance of the conspiracy, under circumstances manifesting a complete and voluntary renunciation of criminal purpose as defined in N.J.S.2C:5-1d.; provided, however, that an attempt as defined in N.J.S.2C:5-1 shall not be considered an offense for purposes of renunciation under this subsection.
f. Duration of conspiracy. For the purpose of N.J.S.2C:1-6d.:
(1) Conspiracy is a continuing course of conduct which terminates when the crime or crimes which are its object are committed or the agreement that they be committed is abandoned by the defendant and by those with whom he conspired; and
(2) Such abandonment is presumed with respect to a crime other than one of the first or second degree if neither the defendant nor anyone with whom he conspired does any overt act in pursuance of the conspiracy during the applicable period of limitation; and
(3) If an individual abandons the agreement, the conspiracy is terminated as to him only if and when he advises those with whom he conspired of his abandonment or he informs the law enforcement authorities of the existence of the conspiracy and of his participation therein.
G. Leader of organized crime. A person is a leader of organized crime if he purposefully conspires with others as an organizer, supervisor, manager or financier to commit a continuing series of crimes which constitute a pattern of racketeering activity under the provisions of N.J.S. 2C:41-1, provided, however, that notwithstanding 2C:1-8a. (2), a conviction of leader of organized crime shall not merge with the conviction of any other crime which constitutes racketeering activity under 2C:41-1. As used in this section, "financier" means a person who provides money, credit or a thing of value with the purpose or knowledge that it will be used to finance or support the operations of a conspiracy to commit a series of crimes which constitute a pattern of racketeering activity, including but not limited to the purchase of materials to be used in the commission of crimes, buying or renting housing or vehicles, purchasing transportation for members of the conspiracy or otherwise facilitating the commission of crimes which constitute a pattern of racketeering activity.

12. ANTHONY FAUCI, BILL GATES AND THE ENTERPRISE COMMITTED MAJOR VIOLATIONS OF THE NUREMBERG CODE
The Ten Principles of the Nuremberg Code all apply to these aforementioned criminal actions, which appear to be an experimental psychological and physical operation conducted against the citizens of the United States of America by the criminal enterprise
On August 19, 1947, the judges of the American military tribunal, before rendering their verdict in the Doctors' Trial USA vs. Karl Brandt et al., presented ten basic principles for human experimentation 'in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts' under a section entitled Permissible Medical Experiments. They became known as the Nuremberg Code.
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonable to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
This psychological operation involving bioweapons injected into people without informed consent is an experimental operation on many levels without informed consent or knowledge of the extent of the deception or harm which may include serious injury or death. All ten tenants of the Nurenberg Code have been violated by the Enterprise in using their counter measures.
13. ANTHONY FAUCI, BILL GATES AND THE ENTERPRISE COMMITTED TREASON, VIOLATING 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The United States and its citizens have been under attack clandestinely for many years. This Globalist assault is directed, in part, at corrupting through money the institutions and values of the country. The end game is the destruction of the Nation State through undermining the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Covid Enterprise racketeers are in league with or are the globalists. While 45.5 million Americans filed for unemployment, 29 new billionaires were created, the Institute for Policy Studies reported in June 2020, and five of the richest men in the US Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Warren Buffet, and Larry Ellison grew their wealth by a total of $101.7 billion (26 %) between March 18 and June 17, 2020. None of this dystopic nightmare would have happened if Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin were given the respect as medicines they deserve.
