This is just absolutely astonishing. "100,000 children in serious condition," per Sotomayor. Where do these people obtain their misinformation? The current national pediatric COVID census per HHS is 3,342. Many/most incidental.

Sotomayor claims simultaneously that the vaccine is necessary prevent severe illness (and does so) but that unvaccinated pose risk to other unvaccinated and vaccinated. No logical consistency here.

Sotomayor argues that states preventing vax or mask mandates supports the case for finding that the federal govt can read into a vague statute the power to override them. That, under the major questions doctrine, cuts the opposite way.

Justice Sotomayor during this oral arguments: - Claimed covid deaths are at an all time high - Claimed that Omicron has been deadlier than Delta - Claimed 100K children are hospitalized with covid - Said OSHA's regulatory authority is a federal "police power."

They are Criminal: in aiding and abetting a Depopulation Program predicated on total junk science, mass psychosis PSYOP-19, and the biowarfare Death Injections. And being willfully ignorant, even egregiously stupid, intellectually dishonest and intellectually lazy are NOT valid excuses, especially in that kind of position with stakes this high.

EDIT: SCOTUS has zero business ruling on science. SCOTUS must only rule on the Constitutionality of the "mandate(s)". Anything else is simply put UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
