More seriously, I had already heard of the Bolsa Familia as a sort of model for the way the cattle herd is to be administered everywhere, once the world is thoroughly new normalized. What I mean is that the Bolsa Familia has already been used for many years as a human cattle management system for the poor in Brazil. The plan is to manage all of us that way, eventually.
