My physician told me to stop eating for ten days in a row and then eat lightly for two day. Then stop eating for five days and eat for one day. Repeat the 5 to 1 day process six more times for a total of eight weeks of not eating. You have to stop eating and drinking sugar. It's great to stop drinking caffeine if you can. In my opinion, this is the best program. If you are in the last stage, you might have to do it twice, and occasionally there’s a rare person that might have to do it twice. You can drink sugar free drinks and preferably, caffeine free drinks too. If you have to drink caffeine go ahead, but they prefer you don’t. SUGAR isn’t allowed.
