My sense is that the reason they are moving so fast without covering their tracks is because they are using mass vaccination with gene therapy to solve common age related diseases (for the selected) ahead of plotted geological or celestial events (See Deep Impact narrative, Leo Biederman ie. Bidermans Chart of Coercion and Selection lottery). Hubris and willful disregard for human life to achieve the agenda is what they do. You hear Climate change and technocracy are a cover for the stark reality of diminishing EROEI, resource nationalism and multi polar world order would make sense in this light. The strawmen of science are pushing a partial truth but the Kill Shot narrative is also suspect. How will they keep society running? How do they keep track of who gets the saline?
I would be cautious about extreme viewpoints. Debt as payment now for future energy is the last resort in a game of diminishing returns..debt and financialization schemes keep the machine sputtering along. Renewables carrot on a stick and degrowth Europe points to approaching Seneca Cliff however you slice it in my opinion.
