I met with a dietitian, and they told me the same thing they tell everyone.. when I asked about a Keto diet, they warned me off of it. They are completely captured by the Big Pharma model. I decided to do what I thought best, and all I use them for is my surgeries to remove whatever cancer they can find. And yes, I am on Fenben and Ivermectin. I fully expect Big Pharma to try and take them away in the future.
I was more or less in the same place as you. I ended up deciding to stay on a mostly Keto diet (which really means eating little to no carbs and sugar). I do eat meat and a lot of fish. As far as trying to figure out the exact diet based on my stage 3 melanoma, I have not, doing only what I just described. My goal is to keep a good quality of life, so I have not gone off the deep end trying to decide among the endless lists of diets and supplements. I also like to describe my diet as "just real food" (not processed). Good luck!

Mentioned previously, Florida is getting meds from Canada now. There is hope.
