It says 1 mg/kg/day, which is to say 1 mg per kg of body wgt per day. So if I weigh 165 lb, which is 75 kg, I would take 75 mg per day.
It would help to clarify if it stated 1 mg per kg of body wgt per day vs. the way it's written now.
