Interesting. Recently I have been subject to painful, swollen arthritic joints at my finger tips. Having read the literature on IVMs anti-inflamatory properties I decided to try it for the arthritis. I took my equivalent dose suggested by body weight for Covid protocol on day one and then over a weeks time cut back every other day by one half. The pain and swelling was gone by the fourth day.. I know this is anecdotal, could be coincidence, but I will repeat again if I experience another flare-up.

Thank you for all the info. I have never heard of floroquinolones. I just looked it up and interestingly she has had chronic sinus And bladder infections for as long as I can remember. I am now wondering if she is a victim of the over prescribing of floroquinolones from her various doctors. Hence the fibromyalgia. I am so glad I never get these and I never take antibiotics. .On the rare occasions that I do get sick I start with an ounce of colloidal silver (I have my own generator), zinc, vitamin d/k and then do a vitamin C flush through out the day. And now depending on what I am sick with I will also take Ivermectin. I stock up on it for my family. I have an online pharmacy that doesn’t need a script for it and it’s not for pets, it’s for people.

It says 1 mg/kg/day, which is to say 1 mg per kg of body wgt per day. So if I weigh 165 lb, which is 75 kg, I would take 75 mg per day.
It would help to clarify if it stated 1 mg per kg of body wgt per day vs. the way it's written now.
