Are you allergic to shellfish? That may be causing the face break outs from krill oil. Omega 3 is an essential oil so I wouldn't avoid it entirely.

High fructose corn syrup and maltodextrin are definitely my nemesis. Both upset my stomach and break me out. A pharmacist told me if I ONLY KNEW how many people were sensitive to maltodextrin! Thanks fda for all the 💩 you ALLOW in our foods and medications that other countries don't!

Well, at least it's good that you are aware of their bad effects. The FDA is bought and paid for, and not by us.

Amen! Like they say...it's a big ole club and we ain't in it! AND I DON'T WANT TO BE! I have enough 'splainin to do to the good Lord without adding evil, corrupt, murdering, and pedophile to the list! The Bible doesn't say the root of ALL evil is the love of money for kicks and giggles!

I might be. I know I'm sensitive to anything that is estrogen enhancing. Like soy. That's why vitamin e breaks me out because some Tocotrienols are from soy. Soy being one of the top 8 allergens. I know alot of almonds also break me out. A little bit toasted in a recipe doesn't seem to. However, if I bake something I usually have a piece or two then send it with my husband to work for his shift to eat. 🤭 SAVES ME TONS OF CALORIES WHEN THEY EAT IT! 😜

You could try red palm oil. It has one of the highest natural concentrations of tocotrienols. Vitamin E keeps fats from going rancid, so every seed on the planet will have some vitamin e to protect the oils within. It performs the same function in your body. I think soy is used because it's cheap and plentiful, but it's definitely not the only source of vitamin e. Take care and good health to you!
