Here's a little FYI:

Oncologists are the only doctors that directly supply medicines. In other words... they buy it for X and charge your insurance company/you Y for the chemotherapy.

As for doing chemo when no cancer shows up, it seems that once you have a test that shows cancer, even if no other test shows cancer, you MUST have chemo. That's what their Oncologist Procedure Book says to do.
