My immigrant ancestors' family was systematically and slowly wiped out by undiagnosed Hashimoto's. They neither knew what it was nor that they all had the same problem. The doctors of the era did not routinely do tests for TSH or free T3. The consequent gall bladder problems or secondary type 2 diabetes was misdiagnosed as primary. When the great depression came it only added to their misery. One of them became depressed and suicidal and spent the rest of his life institutionalized. I have it as well and take Armour thyroid (90 mg) after going the Synthroid route for many years. I've had several endocrinologists over the years, many don't have a clue and simply blindly prescribe T4 (Synthroid) and then increase the dose when it doesn't work. Idiots. Of course in some, possibly me, the T4->T3 conversion doesn't work so Synthroid won't. Your reference to research is intriguing I shall read it. As my field is Oriental Medicine, mainly Chinese, I spent some time seeking herbal treatments but whereas the Chinese herbal formulas for Graves disease seem useful, there is not much for Hashimoto's which, of course, will be known by a different way in the ancient pre-scientifc Chinese medicine classification system. I shall now take a look, with even more interest, at Ivermectin and Fenbendazole. Please keep up these great articles, they are quite likely life saving for some and very helpful for others. THANKS.... AGAIN !!!!!

My former doctor (independent, and only is “former” because I moved away) would only prescribe Amour.

I still have my allergies to dust and dogs, which I've had since I was a child; but the half-dozen food allergies/intolerances I had have all gone. I have no idea whether this is as a result of taking IVM and FenBen; but it could be.

What can l say. Thank you is not enough. I’m just one little me who has never been able to find the answers to my attacked health & ‘specialists’ whom l now see knew nothing but surgery & removal. You & others are now giving me those answers. I now see the world has been swindled of truth & very deeply too. You & those like you are doing a mammoth job of good by not ignoring these issues. Bless you, you are an earth angel I’m sure.

I did follow a 5 day regiment of 12mg Ivermectin when I had the flu in the 4th quarter 2023 and I had a breakout of Psoriasis. When I looked up possible causes for a flare-up, one of the things that can cause a flare-up is anti-malarial drugs. So, I attributed it to taking Ivermectin? Perhaps it had nothing to do with the flare-up but, Ivermectin did not work for me on clearing it up either.

I've made a believer out of my daughter, to wit: "I was just thinking… for the last several years I have had a burning, irritated scalp and recently it has gotten better. My hairdresser even commented on how much better it looked when she did my hair last. I thought it was my vitamins but I bet it’s the ivermectin."

Well, perhaps it's both (inc. Vit D) but whatever. She is only taking 6mg/wk.

Which site did that Tippens protocol come from? I ran across one from 2021 that does not contain Vit E and has a different curcumin.

You might find this interview with Dr. Thomas Seyfried of interest. He contends that cancer cells are dependent on glucose and/or glutamate for energy and can be starved if these are restricted through diet (for glucose reduction) and DON (prevents the body from synthesizing glutamate, which it would do even if the diet restricted glutamate sources, ie proteins).
