Recently a friend explained how fructose was a considerable burden for humans to ingest. A big time fruit eater living in the tropics, his health was deteriorating. He has eliminated 95% and experienced a step change in well being and his A1C, Small, Dense LDL Cholesterol, etc. Have all improved greatly. I was always told how “good “ it was to eat fruit but this appears to be doubtful now.

Maybe eating fruit “big time” was the issue and not eating a balanced diet of protein, fruits and vegetables.

It seems balance and moderation in everything is the key.
