There’s another twist to the CIA/Kermit Roosevelt story. Kim’s more intelligent and gregarious cousin Archibald (Archie), was initially pegged for the clandestine propaganda role in the Middle East. But Archie’s CIA mentor squashed the assignment, saying his temperament was not suited for the job, suggesting that Kim would be better suited for the role.

Archie was more qualified to act as an impartial liaison, as he was sensitive to all sides of the complex nature of relations dating back over millennia in the Middle East. Needless to say, he was highly critical of our fuddled foreign policy under Republican and Democratic administrations.

Note that the article mentions Kissinger, Roosevelt, Donovan, Acheson, Dulles, Kahn, Elliott, Meyer, etc. But it fails to mention that all of them were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which predates the WEF by 50 years. The WEF is just another interlocking node in the CFR/RIIA network.
