Thank you for this very interesting and important detailed information on the viability of Presidential Pardons. I had not heard that Biden was considering pardoning Fauci. That would be unconscionable, but then Biden has done unconscionable things before (pardoned his own criminal son).
Personally, I have no faith that any of those government agencies with standing would challenge a pardon of Fauci. Democrats and Republicans alike pushed the extremes to which Fauci went. They are all for the most part complicit in allowing Fauci’s crimes. As was pointed out by doctor and former Senator Jensen yesterday in a CHD video it was those with law and doctorial degrees who fed the lies. And many without such education refused to believe Fauci and instead listened to the brilliant dissenting views like (Jensen, Marik, Kory, and others) from the beginning. So, once again it would be up to those of us who suffered losses to challenge such a pardon. That would take many years as justice moves slowly if at all. Again, I have little faith that such a pardon would be challenged.
