Ivermectin is the closest thing to a reliable preventative, but you wouldn't want to overuse. Maybe to proof yourself when you go out into jungles.

Nigella sativa apparently works in similar ways, but given that it is used around the world in many foods, i doubt that it has any adverse effects. (It was suggested in the Zalenko protocol when ivermectin isn't available).

Staying fit and healthy, keeping decent vitamin D levels and not being obese may not prevent covid, but will prevent you having a serious case.
