It strikes me that there must be multiple developed artificial bioweapons available to these Psychopaths, so the incentives not to release them are needed to end this. In the field of Criminality it is well proven that the death penalty is the greatest disincentive for crimes of profit, and in this case, pretty well the only disincentive available.

In Japanese society way back in the past when theft within a subsistence communty could spell death for the victims and ultimately the entire community, not only was the perpetrators put to death, but also their entire families.

With the exception perhaps, of the extremely wealthy and politicians, Japanese society was one of the most honest throughout the world, no doubt in part from a history of zero tolerance for low life ratbags.

I spent the first 40 years of my life totally against the death penalty, specifically because of the possibility of injustice; however now their are now many instances where I would volunteer to be the executioner of many unmistakable absolute ratbags such as Tony Blair and Tony Fauci, to

name just two.
