My friend encountered a man dragging a 3-wheeled grocery cart southward towards the US border in the middle of a blizzard. The man spoke neither French or English and was not coherent. How the hell did they let him in at the airport when it was abundantly obvious he could not fend for himself? Like how is having a porous border benefitting even the refugee?
