As to the planners, perpetrators and propagators of these experimental injections, I firmly believe they knew exactly what they were doing and why. I believe, even though it currently cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, that they did this with hatred and malice of forethought.
I believe it can be proven w/o a reasonable doubt but the powers that be are so thoroughly entrenched/infiltrated and are sooo evil, that it is dangerous for whomever takes on this terrible task. Thee evil which has been designing this particular evil for a century has so much invested and is sooo close to their goals of absolute power that it remains to be seen if we can stop them, only if the LOrd allows.

I agree with you. I include things like that just as a CYA mechanism.
