I have spent the last year cleaning up my diet (no sugar, alcohol, white flour, or other processed foods) in an effort to heal my gut biome. I also take a thyroid multivitamin (A, C, D, Zinc & Selenium) and eat plenty of cultured foods, which I make myself. I’ve been on Levothyroxin for the last ten years, but goiter and nodules were still growing and TSH was still increasing. I started taking IVM last October (12mg twice/wk) goiter decreased in size, but TSH continued to increase. Decided to try fenben (222mg 3 days/wk). After 6 doses, checked TSH and it had dropped to the lowest number I’ve ever recorded in 10 years! In Feb it was 4.08…last Wednesday it was 1.667. I will continue to monitor and keep you posted.
Iodine/Iodide will shrink the thyroid Nodules, and Breast. Levo sucks, Synthroid is not much better, Armour if it does not raise your Hashis' antibodies, both kinds.
Thanks for the iodine/iodide tip. I’ve been looking into this and I like what I’m reading. I think this is important for everyone to know. Check out Dr. Brownstein, MD at Center for Holistic Medicine. He has several books.
There were a time infections were treated with Sodium Iodide, injections now it's rare and usually reserved for pets, but even that wanes, Not enough to live grandiosely and put your kids through Haavaad.
Been dealing with so-called Docs for decades, I know all about David and the like. I will probably have to rob another bank to keep myself and those I care about supplied, TOO bad most minds are closed, I blame the NEA, among others. Be Well

How did you take fenben and ivm? Same days? Alternating days? Just curious.
I chose alternating days. Fenben on M-T-W; nothing on Th; IVM on F-S; nothing Sunday.
Thank you for your rsponse.
