Steve's goal is to entertain his audience with his alt-celerity status, NOT to wake anyone up to any real scientific method. Otherwise he would take the $1 million dollars, rent/buy some 4k camcorders, and use a microscope to place vaccine vial contents on a slide and view it. (record with separate microscope camera what you are looking at. And do all of this on camera). And there can be some variations of this such as adding animal, tissue samples or even some other living culture and see how the vaccine interacts with these things.

That is ONE straightforward example of following a scientific method to attempt to independently verify claims of what the jab might do. Instead of "You should just trust what I say because I'm willing to put $1 million bet on it."

He is likely a false actor who's purpose is to entertain the anti vaxxers so that they don't get any wild and crazy pitch fork ideas.

In a way he protects the anti vaxxers cuz pitch fork action would end badly as the anti terrorist squads are standing by

Or do very convincing blood sample work and analysis of the vaxxed to show the blood markers in real-time damage and coming calamity.
