ugh, i know another woman with ovarian cancer (ok, i've never met her but i know her husband) who is clearly going to die. she was the perfect person to go out of the system since they don't have any health insurance and her husband was all ears, reading everything i sent him.
but she just thinks it's all too inconvenient and has just gone with the completely conventional route as a charity case. so 2 1/2 years, multiple surgeries, lots of chemo, radiation, intestinal blockages and spending money on bucket list trips later, she will be dead soon, but probably not soon enough, and her husband will be bankrupt and grief stricken.
he asked me about fenben and i sent him links for that and IVM. he got the fenben (why didn't you get both? i asked) and as far as i know, she hasn't started it yet. wanted to wait until after the surgery. and then it's wait until after the next rounds of chemo and then it's "i have to discuss this will my onc" (after i've specifically said DO NOT DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR ONC!!!)
i've sent him links to paul marik's paper on repurposed drugs, found a nasha winters trained doctor nearby. if i was in charge of this, i'd be aggressive, make a plan and she'd be on a cocktail of things and an appropriate diet but i'm not. i give up.
basically she's going to start the fenben after she dies.
You make this tragedy sound unintentionally comedic. Dark, still, kinda humorous, how pathetic people can behave even with information that could save their lives. We are all a pretty pathetic bunch, although. Humanity that is. Have to let go and let events run their course I suppose...
you have no idea. we hired the guy to do some work on our house and 5 minutes after we signed the contract, the wife comes down with a terminal illness. i try to be patient and helpful- he knows he can call me anytime he needs to talk- but at a certain point i'd like to get my project finished before i die!
i have no idea how they are surviving. she certainly isn't working and he's too distracted to work much. he said to me once "she's going to die and i'll be alone, broke and unemployable."
it's really sad because they are both highly skilled people. she's a trump l'oeil artist and he's a master marine carpenter but really, it is a dark comedy at this point- nothing unintentional about it.
If she doesn't already know, I'd definitely inform her on the Ivermectin & Fenbendazole protocols as viable anti-cancer therapeutics.
