As an industrial technician I was deemed an essential worker during lock-downs, so I kept working, working in close proximity to vaccine zealots mostly.
I'd rather die than take the shot, but somehow I got cornered into having one of them PCR tests with the nose swab.
The test returned negative, so I could keep on working.
But I also developed a runny nose on the side I had been swabbed. That lasted for a few months (!).
During this period I got a persistent ringing in my ear, on the same side as the swab and runny nose. That developed into syndrome of Menière.
Which caused me to lose my job.
It was a hectic time for my family as well, as we had been kicked out of our house at the beginning of the lock-downs.
My wife and I both worked full-time and we had to find a new dwelling in impossibly demanding circumstances.
We moved twice in a year, at which point I ended up without a job, depressed and in full burn-out.
Not much has changed since. I kinda manage, but that's about it.
It is an eery lonely feeling to live day in day out with most of the symptoms of PVS, long COVID without having been vaccinated.
I have had one blood test done where I tested negative on COVID anti bodies.
I've tried everything the doctors threw at me to get rid of the ringing to no avail.
I turn 60 this year, so I guess I'll have to learn to accept that that's what getting old is like.
Easy does it, turning 60 is irrelevant. Alternatively use diluted hydrogen peroxide with hydrogen. This should clear the symptoms. Do things for stress reduction, think about making your own deuterium depleted water to facilitate detoxification. For more information go to my Substack Triadhealing.com
I went over to your substack and started reading on Raymond Francis.
Wonderful. Right up my alley.
Having been plagued by meniscus problems since childhood and chronic tenidinitis later on in life whilst being misdiagnosed and mistreated by countless medical professionals, I have been driving the bus of my journey through the health and wellness landscape for quite a while.
That journey being a quest through scientific, spiritual, traditional, mental, energetic, metaphysical planes.
I found out that doctors, more often than not are clueless and filled with preconceptions.
My best healing experiences were with a few physiotherapists.
I started studying and taught myself some basic knowledge on physiology, traditional healing methods from East and West and lots of alternative medical opinions thanks to Internet.
A few substances emerged as efficient tools and got integrated into personal care protocols of mine. Hydrogen peroxide being one of them.
ClO2 being another, as is DMSO.
Then there are these which I haven't tried myself but which seem promising, like methylene blue, ivermectine, fenbendazole and many more.
This study keeps getting more interesting, not in the least since the advent of citizen-science and places like substack.
And yes, 60 is irrelevant, it was meant to be the vocalisation of my oscillation between exasperation and resignation. It could also be perceived as a subliminal cry for help, which you seem to have answered quite handsomely I say.
I started training again, some jiujitsu, tai-chi, qi gong.
Deuterium depleted water is a new concept for me, I'll have to check that out.
Anyway, this is my long-winded thanks to you John. Subscribed.
You are on your way to the best years of your life! I am familiar with all you have shared, modalities that is. There are many keys to health but as far as physical it starts and ends in the gut. Scientists believe 60-90% of your immune system is in your gut. Read my article on Aloe Vera gel.
Welcome to the new normal I guess.
For the record, here's my own experience.

Aww man,
thanks for this serendipitous reply, John.
I feel very grateful.

:) I have read your Aloe article. Once again, enthralling prose.
I'm plowing through your every article right now.
Very inspiring.
I'm with you all the way for what you stated here.
My gut health relies on kefir and kimchi mainly.
But I must say that I started ogling the Aloë specimens in my windowsill in a funny way.
Glad to know you, John, I'll see you over at your substack.
