Unfortunately, we have been cowardly and too tolerant for too long. I imagine many of these pervy people are also cowards (by definition) so just being challenged may well be enough to see them rapidly retreat. But, there are others who are deeply satanic and revel in their evilness - we must do everything, absolutely everything, to protect children from them.
