Fred, who destroyed their homes and bombed their hospitals, universities, churches and mosques and every other life sustaining trace of civilization? Did it all magically disintegrate? Israel and the US are responsible. It was never about destroying Hamas but making it unlivable so the land and its offshore gas resources could be developed for Israel. Lebensraum? The horrific things done to the Jews in WW2 are now being perpetrated on another ethnic group by the same people who suffered such brutality from the Germans. And on it goes.
