As a Canadian, I'd be willing to bet we've got similiar tax laws and language around our financial institutions. Steep learning curve, but one which we'll have to undertake in order to grasp the enormity of the fraud being perpetrated against the people. I've been on this journey since 911/2008 financial meltdown.

I am sure this is a naive question, but in light of this, why not a class action lawsuit against the IRS or whatever needs to be done to get peoples attention? Seems like we should all be trying to do something about it instead of just talking about it. I obviously do not know the system as well as you which is definitely part of the problem! But I do want to learn more about the codes.

As i wrote in this post, the judicial system is captured and judges and juries are brainwashed via social engineering.

Mass noncompliance is what ends this -- how will this illegitimate IRS collect if everyone stops "gifting" them?

Spread this article far and wide.

Spreading the article far and wide is a great idea, but as you have said yourself, everything essentially regarding it is corrupt. In fact, the WHOLE SYSTEM to control and rule us has been built by hostile elements that perpetually kill, steal and destroy everything and anything by any and all means possible. The Founding Fathers said we are not stuck with any form of governance, we may also go to a new form that best serves us. Suggest we spread the NEW FORM far and wide that includes the article regarding taxation. Here it is, and we should DEFEAT THEM THAT WAY from a higher level: http://pppway.net/#Vision

Hi, I have been thinking about this problem as well, thank you for the legal work of the research, 2nd smartest guy! I have just posted a presentation of an American plan- Freedom through business. Basically, what we do is create together the economy that serves our needs within the right to privately contract together ( within a club) Therein we do our business with currency WE issue, will we be challenged, likely, nonetheless we have the right to self governance. https://youtu.be/XHpl1HCpBZo

Most of the Federal bureaucracies should be decommissioned forthwith. The 16th Amendment should be repealed in lieu of a National sales tax to pay for the defence of the country nationally and its citizens locally. Two new Constitutional Amendments: Term Limits (to holding any/all government office; no longer a lifelong career). Balanced Budget Amendment (the House Reps to actually work Ways & Means).

Ingenious article!

Which would you prefer? The Constitution or The Articles of Confederation?

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/the-law-of-the-land

And it isn't based on the 1913 "law" alone. There is a discernable plan that has been creeping over the land at least since the The War of Northern Agression (aka. "Civil War"):

They are both recognized as "Organic Laws" of the United States of America.

http://uscode.house.gov/browse/frontmatter/organiclaws&edition=prelim

Along with the Declaration of Independence and the Ordinance of 1787: The Northwest Territorial Government. Understanding how those four laws operate today takes some careful reading and study. Allegedly, the AOC was replaced by the Constitution of 1787 but there it is in all of its glory in Volume 1 of the United States Code. That is yet another lie we were taught.

We have multiple problems to correct, including but not limited to corruption, ignorance of the polity, entrenched industrial complexes, cowardice, and after the Convid scam, deep seated evil at the highest levels of society. Interesting time to be alive.

Thank you for posting this.

The Memorandum of Law is both informative and enraging. It makes it clear how the USA was hijacked through fraud and the stealth transmutation of specific terms that control Title 26 and is stunning in that regard.

I was particularly happy to see the brief description of "Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty" as set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court. We need to think and act like the sovereigns we are to reassert our power. Doing that is not easy but the Founders risked everything to give us the opportunity.

The only issue I have with the document is the stated "nature of the income tax". The Supreme Court has instructed us that it is in its nature an excise entitled to be enforced as such. They have also instructed us that the 16th Amendment provided no new power of taxation. Reading Brushaber vs Union Pacific Railroad is very instructive, 240 U.S. 1 (1916). Note that the Union Pacific was chartered by Congress. That does not mean that Congress can not do other things to mislead the American people which is how I read 31 USC § 321(d)

I believe most thinking people now understand that the "government" lies to us on a regular basis. But now I know it started well before the 16th Amendment was added.

Anyone interested in understanding taxation in America should read Cracking the Code by Pete Hendrickson: https://losthorizons.com/Newsletter.htm In particular he pulls apart a lot of the key terms of art like "Trade or Business" and shows how one can rebut false allegations by other parties. There is lots of evidence of people having success. There is also examples of how to deal with a misbehaving captured taxing authority, federal and state.

It would be so easy to stop this theft if people would just learn that which the Educational Industrial Complex works diligently to suppress along with their partners in crime the Intelligence Industrial Complex.

I agree those are important components. I choose to try and understand taxation as one way any American man or woman could make a difference.

Until we get rid of the Banksters at the FED and BIS we can never be free. I despise Woodrow Wilson and his treason against the American people in 1913.

The quicker solution without bending to legalese is to just quit paying taxes and demand that sales taxes be rescinded. If they want a new world order then lets start there. I'm tired of working to pay the wages of those who do not work and worse pay those who would suppress me and my family. The benefits of taxation to the taxpayer are nebulous at best. The true benefits are to those who already have more than enough money just spend it poorly. Tax money is often wasted or used in crime like the WEF scam Trudeau was involved in.

Many thanks to 2nd smartest for this education on the IRS code. I had certainly not known that by code the taxes we pay are defined as a “gift”, and “voluntary”, all of which goes directly to that private piece of ‘sh-t’ Fed Reserve for the sole purpose of being applied to the gigantic ‘our’ debt caused by totally irresponsible politicians and the Fed Reserve with it’s printing press. Yeah, “gift” and “voluntary” - like Hell. Thanks again for the education in some IRS code facts.

We’re screwed.

Pal opted to fight and won in court. I filed the same docs he did showing that any filing was not to be construed as anything more than a one time voluntary item. Oddly never had an audit. I continue to file as my work would collapse if I got into it and I’m good at accounting so I rarely give them money.

Can you share what you did? This is the way to go! People definitely need to be educated, but until we start being smart and fight back legally like this, it will never change.

I’ll try to find it, cleaning the office and going through stuff so I’ll see what I can do. He got roped back in because as a property investor to do business with FHA, etc one has to be a taxpayer. The best thing people can do is get self employed and learn basic accounting and taxes. We can starve the beast without expensive court battles this way.

Expand full comment

If we "starve the beast" through compliance, the beast will eventually make it impossible to do so. Especially once it hits a critical mass. This would only be a postponement tactic to push off the burden further down the generational line, likely to a time when the system will then have a much tighter grip, with deep technological surveillance powers. Not saying I'm ready to stop filing, especially because I need to amend some past returns and they owe me a lot. But this is my thought on principle.

Can you please share more about what docs he filed?

I'd like to start sending them a clear letter or intention with a statement that this sovereign citizen, who holds the right to choose his place of residence and the aggreements he either enters or not, has not, nor has ever, had any intention of becoming or maintainig residence in the DC or its territories, that no gifts calculated and remitted to the IRS or the federal governenment in any form should be considered as such, but they should be considered only one time voluntary gifts made for the purpose of supporting only the objectives of the federal government that constitutionally authorized as within its jurisdiction.

Or something like that.

Only the Bidens’ can get away with tax evasion, we would all go to jail to show an example of how this government works.

I was aware that employers did not have to report an employees income, or withhold taxes, but few people in payroll understand that. Heck, most managers and business owners are not aware of it.

Yet, if one fails to file income tax, they can be penalized and jailed? I wonder if a good tax atty could get the case dismissed?
